PrinceGeorge.cc is operated by TBI Contracting Inc. We respect your privacy and provide an easy way to request deletion of your personal data, including data received via Facebook Login.

• Information provided via Facebook Login (such as your public profile and email, where permitted).
• Content or submissions you create on princegeorge.cc.
• Technical data such as IP addresses and log entries used for security and debugging.

How to request deletion of your data

To help us process your request, please include:

1. Your full name
2. The email address associated with your account
3. If you used Facebook Login: a note stating “I signed in with Facebook Login” and the Facebook account name you used
4. A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal data on princegeorge.cc

What happens after you request deletion

• We will confirm receipt of your request by email.
• We will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account from our active systems without undue delay, and typically within 30 days, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
• Some data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited retention period, after which those backups are rotated and your data is permanently removed. Backup data is not used for any active processing.

Legal and security exceptions

In some cases, we may need to retain limited information where required by law (for example, tax or billing records) or to protect our rights, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse.
